Greater Wisconsin Staff provide programs and services in 52 counties in Wisconsin and one county in Minnesota, serving 41,225 square miles. An estimated 52,000 persons in our service area have Alzheimer’s or a related disorder.

Our core services—Information and referral (HELPLINE), Care Consultation, Education and Training, Safe Return and Support Groups - have helped us support many families, care partners, and persons with dementia. Through prevention strategies, we are providing a message of hope-hope that says we can all make healthy lifestyle choices that may affect our brain health and lessen the risk for dementia.

Please explore our website for more information on the disease, GW Chapter training and educational opportunities, volunteer opportunities, methods of giving, or contacting our Chapter Office or Outreach Office locations.

Many other programs-educational and supportive- will be offered throughout the month as well. Join us as we pay tribute to those who have been lost to Alzheimer’s, as well as those now walking the journey through the disease. As we pay tribute this month, please join our association and share our vision: A World Without Alzheimer’s!

We are changing the way people think about Alzheimer's
